David Primrose

President, Metal Marker Manufacturing

David Primrose serves as President of Metal Marker Manufacturing, a role he has held since April 2018. He joined the company in 2017 as Vice President before stepping into the presidency the following year, and today oversees the organization’s strategic direction, operations, and financial performance.

Prior to joining Metal Marker, David built his foundation in public accounting and transaction advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He served as an Experienced Associate in PwC’s Assurance practice in Cleveland, conducting audits for privately held companies across the industrial, service, and retail sectors, before transitioning to the firm’s Chicago office as an Experienced Associate in Transaction Services Valuation.

David holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Ohio University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with core competencies in financial analysis, valuation, audit, and operational leadership.
